September 19, 2022 – 33rd Annual St. John’s Women’s Film Festival

The St. John’s Women’s Film festival is a long-standing tradition in the capital city of St. John’s and a must-see if you’re able to even get tickets. This is one of the longest-running women’s film festivals in the word. The festival starts at 11am at Alt Hotel.

September 22 to 25, 2022 – The Gros Morne Fall Festival

Live music, local crafts, and traditional storytelling. This festival is all about food, music, crafts, and community. Hosted in Cow Head, which is right next to one of our favorite beaches in Newfoundland, Shallow Bay Beach. October 16, 2022 – The 33rd Annual Rennie’s River Duck Race happens this year

Check out this rubber duck race as thousands of ducks race down the river. Great prizes and lots of fun, this rubber duck race always draws a crowd. This year the first prize is $2500 and the race is being hosted in person again!
