Located directly on the East Coast Trail, just 30 minutes from St. John’s, our luxury boutique hotel offers private stargazing hot tubs overlooking the Witless Bay Marine Ecological Reserve. Guest Services & Systems Operations Coordinator
Location: Lower Rd, Newfoundland & Labrador
The Guest House Manager plans, organizes and directs the daily operations of Whale House, a four-suite boutique guest house in Mobile, NL. Main duties: Set and manage room pricing, availability and channel distribution across direct booking and OTA platforms (Shopify, Hostaway, Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia). Oversee the full guest lifecycle: reservations, check-in/out, guest communications and issue resolution. Manage budgets, supplier and vendor relationships, and inventory. Maintain property standards including suites, hot tubs, sauna and grounds; coordinate turnover and housekeeping. Monitor occupancy, revenue and guest-review performance and report to ownership. Administer the property’s reservation, CRM and automation systems supporting these operations. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in hospitality operations, property/office administration, or technology-driven client services. Strong written and spoken English. Organized, reliable, able to manage operations independently. Valid driver’s licence an asset.
Digital Content Creator
Producing engaging online material that showcases the unique experience of Whale House, attracting and captivating potential guests across various digital platforms.
Housekeeping Staff
Ensure our suites and stargazing hot tubs are spotless and welcoming for guests. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key.
