Located directly on the East Coast Trail, just 30 minutes from St. John’s, our luxury boutique hotel offers private stargazing hot tubs overlooking the Witless Bay Marine Ecological Reserve. Guest Services & Systems Operations Coordinator
Location: Lower Rd, Newfoundland & Labrador
We are seeking a versatile specialist to bridge physical guest house operations with our digital infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing guest communications and on-site property needs alongside configuring and maintaining corporate CRM systems, cloud database workflows (Airtable), core API integrations, and secure online booking gateways.
Digital Content Creator
Producing engaging online material that showcases the unique experience of Whale House, attracting and captivating potential guests across various digital platforms.
Housekeeping Staff
Ensure our suites and stargazing hot tubs are spotless and welcoming for guests. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key.
